Leon mri

The Leon mri has been specially developed for use in the MRI area with field strengths of up to 40 millitesla. It can be operated on 1.5 tesla and 3.0 tesla mri systems. Different coloured alarms and messages indicating the priority can be easily recognised due to LED lights, which are visible from all sides, also outside the MR field.

prisma VENT50
VENT50 ventilates patients via a leakage circuit and additionally via a disposable system with patient valve. Other functions and features includes a larger pressure range up to 50 hPa, pressure- and volume-controlled mouthpiece ventilation modes (MPVp and MPVv) and LIAM (Lung Insufflation Assist Maneuver) for cough support and secretion management.

prisma VENT50-C

The prisma VENT50-C ventilator is equipped with High-Flow Therapy (HFT) mode in addition to all the other features available in prisma VENT50. In HFT mode the device provides a constant flow of five to 60 liters per minute. An oxygen feed also can be added. The flow of air is heated and humidified (for example, with prisma VENT AQUA) and delivered to the patient via a nasal cannula.

The prisma VENT40 now offers safety and even more flexibility. Thanks to a broad pressure range of up to 40 hPa and volume compensation, the device is suitable for treatment of a wide spectrum of disorders. Both prisma VENT30 and prisma VENT40 come with complete alarm management, integrated power supply unit, and an optional internal rechargeable battery with a 12-hour operating capacity.

The new generation of ventilators from Weinmann includes VENTIlogic LS. EO-150
The EO-150 is equipped with a unique Click & Go feature that allows the ventilation module to be operated in or away from the docking station. As the separate module is smaller and lighter, the patient enjoys grater mobility. Alarms and patient mode can be transmitted to a tablet PC or smartphone app to give the patient even more freedom of movement.

Improving ventilation with recruitment.
Respiratory therapy with intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB therapy) is a recognized treatment concept for obstructive respiratory disease. In case of heavily reduced ventilation reserves or pronounced respiratory failure, it is recommended to administer aerosols through inhalation.

AIRcon
The AIRcon respiratory gas humidifier combines modern technology and innovative design in a high performance unit. Thus, it fulfils the medical requirements and the economic expectations of the market. MR810 & MR850

• MR810 - Heated Humidifier.
Three temperature and humidity settings for patient comfort. Integrated heater wire adapter. Ambient temperature sensor. Reduces circuit condensate when used with heated wire circuits.
• MR850 is a respiratory humidifier designed for use in hospital intensive care units. It is used to provide optimum humidity to respiratory gases delivered to patients via endotracheal tubes or face masks.

VENTILATION


Leoni plus

Leoni plus is suitable for long-term ventilation of very small premature infants, neonates and children weighing up to 30 kg. In addition to the basic ventilation modes CPAP, IPPV/IMV, S-IPPV and SIMV, the device also features two PSV ventilation modes. In assisted ventilation modes there is a volume-controlled tidal volume guarantee available. The precision hot-wire flow sensor at the patient end allows automatic readjustment of trigger sensitivity relative to the patient‘s tidal volume (VT trigger adaptation).

Leoni plus CLAC

CLAC: Closed-Loop AUTOMATIC OXYGEN CONTROL The manual regulation of inspiratory oxygen (FiO2 ) used to supply oxygen to premature infants, is often complicated and time-consuming. A special algorithm has been developed to automate the oxygen control provided to premature infants (CLAC). In order to make the CLAC controller operation as easy and intuitive as possible for the user, the algorithm control and pulse oximetry measurement were integrated into the Leoni plus. The entire operation, is made over the respirator user interface.

LEONI PLUS TRANSPORT

Patient transport with HFO – no problem with the new Leoni plus Transport. Leoni plus Transport expands your possibilities especially for transport of patients. The device has an integrated high-performance battery that enables stand-alone use for up to 200 minutes in conventional ventilation modes and up to 60 minutes in HFO. The display adapts to the requirements of the user by means of the free selection of the number of curves and loops and displayed measurement values. Leoni plus Transport has comprehensive ventilation modes: CPAP, IPPV/IMV, S-IPPV/ SIMV and two PSV modes.

Lifetherm warming bed

A new generation of Warming Cradles and Reanimation Units sets standards in neonatology. Due to the completely revised design of its components, Lifetherm 2000 became a real professional for hospital use. Some details have been still better adapted to practical requirements, thus resulting in a new and modern design. The warming bed is available without cover, with a closed cover or with a fold up cover that can be opened on both sides, and can be upgraded with extensive accessories. The so called contact heat of the surface heater is the most effective type of heat transfer. The comfortable and soft gel-mattress will avoid pressure marks to the baby and support thermal stability of premature infants.

A resuscitation unit with a lot of different options for optimal adjustment to suit the application as well as the needs of the baby and operating staff.

Bilibluelight
Phototherapy is used to treat newborn jaundice in premature and newborn babies to prevent kernicterus as an important complication. In doing so, the unconjugated bilirubin is transformed into a water soluble state by a photochemical reaction and secreted through the gall bladder and the kidneys. The new bilibluelight Bilirubin lamp by Löwenstein Medical is an effective trendsetting phototherapy system to reduce bilirubin in serum. The bilibluelight lamp is user-friendly thanks to the intuitive handling, the high-quality design and the light weight. It has premium high-performance LEDs, which provide more than 40,000 hours of operation. The optimal wavelength provides maximum bilirubin reduction. The compact and light-weight bilibluelight lamp can be perfectly integrated in the neonatal and pediatric wards. LEOSound

LEOSound is a special developed new respiratory diagnostic system. The system is able to record and analyze cough, breath- and lung sounds over a long period. The device is battery-operated, small and compact and allows a smooth ambulatory or stationary recording for children and adults. Three highly sensitive Surface Microphones are available for recording, which respond to structure-borne sound. The microphones will be stuck on the thorax and the trachea. The registered signals will be electronically recorded and stored. A corresponding recording can be done continuously for many hours.

VitaGuard VG 2100

The VitaGuard® VG 2100 monitors respiration and heart rate of risk patients of all ages, thus giving medical personnel and caregivers the security they need, both in ambulatory and clinical environments. Monitoring can be accomplished at any time and in almost every place. The VitaGuard® VG 2100 generates acoustic and visual alarms when no respiration or movement is detected for a preset time. In the event of a physiological alarm, the measured values, their associated waveforms, and the monitor settings for selectable periods prior to and after the event are automatically stored.
